 Lest We Forget Good Morning Colonel, It has been several months since I last emailed you. I apologize for this, but I have been very busy the last couple of months. My company paid for me to get my PHR certificate with the understanding that if I failed I would be responsible of reimbursing the company the one thousand dollars they paid. I really couldn’t afford to fail. Glory to God I passed the test just over two weeks ago. . I saw from your website that you were inducted into the Legion of Honor of The Chapel of the Four Chaplains. Congratulations! I’m sure it is a well deserved honor. I also wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your website. It is a blessing to read the articles and search all the links you provide. This website is a ministry itself. I have to run for now.
